What a launch purchase includes
All 960 ready-made quest previews can be explored before purchase. Purchasing a ready-made quest unlocks its exact stops, directions, prompts, check-offs, recap, and collectible. Venue admission, food, transportation, parking, reservations, and merchandise remain separate. Custom quests are delivered to the Stripe receipt email after details are confirmed.
Terms, refunds, and membership billing
Digital purchases are normally final once content or custom work has been delivered, except where required by law or when SideQuest CT cannot deliver the order. Memberships renew monthly until canceled. For delivery, cancellation, duplicate-charge, or refund help, email kpetertee@yahoo.com with the Stripe receipt number.
Safety and third-party availability
SideQuest CT does not operate, supervise, endorse, or control listed parks, businesses, roads, events, or activities. Customers must verify current hours, prices, admission, reservations, parking, weather, accessibility, age limits, and conditions directly before leaving and participate within their abilities. Never continue an activity or enter an area that feels unsafe.
Privacy and customer photos
Signed-in check-offs and earned items sync to the customer account; guests use browser storage. Collectible photos are processed only on the customer’s device and are not uploaded. Stripe processes checkout under its own privacy terms. Written permission is required before SideQuest CT uses a customer photo or testimonial in marketing.
