What SideQuest CT provides
SideQuest CT provides digital adventure ideas, route suggestions, prompts, check-offs, and collectible-style completion features. SideQuest CT does not own, operate, supervise, or control third-party venues mentioned in a quest.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for transportation, lawful conduct, supervision of minors, deciding whether an activity is appropriate, and following venue rules. Do not follow any quest step when conditions appear unsafe.
Third-party information
Venue hours, prices, admission, reservations, accessibility, age restrictions, parking, weather, construction, and availability may change without notice. Recheck important details directly with the venue before leaving.
Digital purchases
The purchased product is the digital quest content described at checkout. Ready-made quest previews are public; the exact stops, directions, challenges, check-offs, recap, and completion experience are unlocked after Stripe confirms the matching purchase. Customers should sign in with the same email used at checkout for automatic account access. Food, transportation, parking, admission, reservations, merchandise, and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly stated.
Explorer membership
The upcoming Explorer plan costs $9.99 per month and renews monthly until canceled. One new standard quest may be unlocked per calendar day, resetting at midnight America/New_York time. Unused daily unlocks do not carry forward. An unlocked quest may be continued until completion; completed quests cannot be reopened or replayed. Photos, memories, and collectible records remain accessible in My Deck. Monthly all-day drops and Custom Adventures are separate purchases. Membership checkout is unavailable until recurring billing and account access are ready.
Printed completion rewards
A standard printed deck becomes claimable after 52 different verified completions in the same quest type, with a photo and personal memory saved for each. A clear plastic case is included. There is no weekly waiting requirement. Up to two qualifying Custom Adventures may add two personalized Joker cards. The separate seasonal reward—12 printed cards plus one compact companion Storybook—becomes claimable after all 12 monthly all-day drops are purchased and completed. Customers review saved photos and submit a shipping address before fulfillment. Printing format, production timing, replacement handling, and final photo suitability are subject to reasonable fulfillment review.
Acceptable use
Do not use SideQuest CT to trespass, violate laws, interfere with businesses or visitors, or engage in dangerous conduct. Quest content may not be resold or republished as a competing product.
Changes
SideQuest CT may update routes or substitute stops when conditions change. Material paid-quest problems are handled under the Refund & Replacement Policy.
